St Hallett has a long and steady history of producing Shiraz of remarkable depth and class from ancient vines planted back in the 1940s on St Hallett Road in the Barossa Valley. The Old Block Shiraz has garnered International attention closely followed by the Blackwell Shiraz, aptly named after the winerys golf loving winemaker, Stuart Blackwell. The entry level Gamekeepers Shiraz and the Poachers Blend Semilion Sauvignon Blanc are not without merit as proven by a large and loyal following and a hugely successful presence in the U.S. and U.K.
