A sublime task and one to which we are passionately devoted. Our winery has for generations been focused on tradition sustainability and topquality wines.

Our pride and joy: the vineyards that grow around the medieval wine village of St. Pauls. 175 hectares of magnificent locations in one of Alto Adige’s most beautiful winegrowing areas.

St. Pauls has a fascinating natural variety of locations that together make up its terroir. Dating from the last ice age, the hills with their differing soil types offer an ideal setting for each vine. Protected on the south side of the Alps, blessed by 1,800 hours of sunshine a year and well ventilated by the cool downdrafts from the Gantkofel massif results in substantial temperature variations during the ripening season – ideal conditions for excellent quality, complex wines.

The exclusive hand-worked vineyards are cultivated by the many winegrowing families who form the backbone of our winery, sustainability and topquality wines. The experience and sensitivity of our winemaker are matched with the highest quality objectives to ensure an authentic realization of the unique merits of our terroir:
